Simply complete the following form and press

Very important: Please double check that your
e-mail address is filled correctly , otherwise we will not be able to
respond to your request.
After receiving the booking
form, we will contact you to let you know if the days/weeks your have
requested are available. If they are, we will send you instructions for
the booking.
Instructions for
Booking:
- 25% of the total rent fee
is required as a deposit for reservations, this deposit is not refundable
in case of cancellation.
- As soon as we receive your deposit, money transfer or credit card
payment, we will send you an E-mail with the confirmation of your booking.
- The
75% outstanding balance is required to be
paid 6 weeks before the arriving date.
- A damage deposit (100 Euros/week)
is required on cash at check-in time. This deposit will be refunded
on departure provided that the house is left as it was found.
- Check-in time is between
2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m,
please.
