We are a small family business in Alora.

We have 5 houses for rent, 4 in the heart of the town

and 1 Small house in the country side, 7 minute drive from Alora.

We rent short and long term.

Houses in Town

#1 Casa Negrillos Alta

Our houses are located in the heart of the town in one of Alora's most picturesque areas.

This 3 bedroom house is on a street with a lot of character, the "Calle Negrillos", a tipical Andalusian pedestrian street.

This is a two-storey townhouse.
It has been renovated to a very high standard and a traditional Andalusian style has been maintained.
On the first floor there is a lounge(with open fire), kitchen, dining room, two double bedrooms and a fully-fitted bathroom.

Most of the items of furniture are antiques that have being carefully restored by the owner. This is one of her favourite hobbies.
The entire house has wood beam ceilings and has been decorated in a Moorish-Andalusian style.

This is the view of the Moorish Castle from one of the bedrooms.
Both bedrooms on the first floor have private balconies and incredible views.

The beds in both bedrooms a restored 19th century pieces, made from wrought iron and brass.

On the second floor, the best feature of the house: a spacious terrace facing south ...with superb views over the town, Castle and surrounding hilly country side.

Also on this floor there is a third double bedroom and a bathroom-shower/wash room.

The house has a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

#2 Casa Negrillos Patio

This one-bedroomed house is also on calle Negrillos. This is smaller than Negrillos Alta and more suitable for the budget minded holidaymaker.
It comprises a kitchen with eating area, living room, a double bedroom, a full bathroom and an interior patio.

Besides this double bedroom, there is a full size sofa bed on living room for extra sleeping space.

The house has wood beam ceilings and has been decorated in a Moorish-Andalusian style.

The house has a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

#3 Casa Negrillos Balcon

This is also a one-bedroomed house just above "casa Negrillos Patio". It comprises a small kitchen with eating area, living room with a full size sofa bed, one double bedroom and a full bathroom. (bedroom and kitchen are similar to the ones of Negrillos Patio).

#4 Apartment Los Naranjos

This is a second floor three bedroom apartment in downtown Alora. (first house on left).The apartment is on Calle Los Naranjos, walking distance to local market, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment comprises a living room, a dining room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with terrace and a roof terrace.

The kitchen has an inside eating area that accommodates 6 people. Also the kitchen has a terrace where you can enjoy your meal overlooking the town and surroundings.

There are three-bedrooms in the apartment. One has a double bed, a second one a twin bed and a third one with two twin beds (pictured).

Perhaps the best feature ot this apartment is the roof terrace.

From here you will enjoy this impressive view of the rich orange groves of the Guadalhorce river Valley (Winter view).

The roof terrace overviews part of town

(Summer view). It is great for relaxing with

a glass of wonderful spanish wine.

#5 Casita Barriada

This is a one bedroom house in a neighborhood on the outskirts of Alora. (7 minute drive from downtown).

This is a picture of the neighborhood taken from Alora (the house is in the red circle).

House available for 4 week rentals & over.

The house comprises a double bedroom, a kitchen with a south vindow and eating area, one full bathroom and a living room.

This picture is the view from the porch.(there is a table and two chairs for the porch).

Casita Barriada Weekly fee starts at 200 Euros.

This house is available for a minimum of 4 weeks.
